Why Fishbowlcore?

My first pet as a child and my first design opportunity share the same story: a pet fish and an empty fish bowl.

Imagine a fish bowl, there’s not much you can fit in there looking in from the outside. Maybe a fish swimming around, some colorful rocks on the bottom, a small plant, or maybe if we’re lucky, even a little cave.

But regardless of the amount of real estate, we still like to make it homey for the fish, as I did with my first pet fish at the age of 9 years old. Even within the smallest spaces, how elements within a fishbowl interact and complement each other to create a balanced ecosystem is important. Similarly, each component within my design, no matter how small, serves a purpose and contributes to the overall feel and functionality of my works.

Fishbowlcore is not only a sacred memory of my first desire to design something but also the embodiment of my work in its physicality. It represents the free-flowing, fun, and whimsicalness of my design and art ethos; and it hopes to highlight the essence of creating a vibrant, engaging environment within a confined space.

Overall, Fishbowlcore is my wonderful way of communicating a philosophy of joy, creativity, and thoughtful composition, all within the "confines" of my mediums.
